A farewell function was organised in honour of Jagdish Kumar, Head Assistant at the Prisons Directorate, Jammu. DGP Prisons, J&K, V.K. Singh, IPS, DIG Prisons, Dr. M. S. Lone, Officers and staff of Prisons Department attended the function.
Jagdish Kumar shared his experience of working with the Prisons Department and thanked the Department for organising his farewell.
On the occasion DGP Prisons congratulated the retiring official for his long service career of 39 years and spoke highly about his integrity and dedication. A memento was presented to the retiring official by the DGP Prisons.
